Hi there,

As an administrator, you only have access to update details for users who belong to a domain that your organization owns. You cannot update details for users who belong to a domain that your organization trusts but does not own.

To know how to edit user details, please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/enterprise/using/manage-users-individually.html

Hi there,

Please elaborate a little more. Users can only change their usernames once their accounts are created and they receive an invitation email. Admins can only make changes to user details if your organization owns the domain.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the quick reply.

We have a saying "to shoot sparrows with cannons" which means using excessive force or resources for a small or trivial problem and that seems to be your solution to my problem.

If that's the only way I would love for you to make a feature request to be able to update names in the admin console.

Thank you.

To clarify, these is no way to change a user's last name in the admin console (a user who got married and changed their last name)? So how can this be accomplished?

Hi AN
Thank you for replying.

My question was, how do I as the Adobe Admin change their name without having to import through a file. That seems like it can't be done.

Regards,

R
