Hello,

I am currently trying to install Acrobat DC on a Windows10 multiuser version in Azure. I would like to prepare this Windows version as an image later using sysprep. Unfortunately, Acrobat DC is always installed in the user context, so the sysprep fails. A

change user /install

is not helpful here. Does anyone else have this problem or an idea?

greetings

[moderator changed Adobe DC to Acrobat DC for clarity. There is a product called Acrobat, the company is Adobe]

Correct answer H..N..

i'm not able to help with that.  first try:

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

but, if that fails, let me know.  there's another forum (acrobat) where i can move this thread and you may get help there.

I don't know if AdobeNotificationClient is needed but if I remove it then the sysprep works

Remove-AppxPackage -Package AdobeNotificationClient_3.0.1.1_x86__enpm4xejd91yc

What is "Adobe DC"?

Acrobat Reader DC (free)?

Acrobat Standard DC (subscription)?

Acrobat Pro DC (subscription)?

Have you obtained the Acrobat Enterprise Deployment Toolkit to make your own installer?

Oh sorry for the confusion. I meant Acrobat Pro DC (subscription). I'm new to this, but the Deployment Toolkit seems to be able to help me. I won't be there for the next few weeks, but I'll post an update at the end of the year. Thank you!

Sorry for my long absence, I was on vacation.

I tried the installer, but without success. As soon as I install Acrobat, the sysprep fails.

Do I have to set something explicitly if I want to install it on some kind of terminal server?
