Bonjour,
Voulant ajouter 3 nouvelles licences Creative Cloud pour en avoir 4 au total, je me suis retrouvé avec 8 licences.
Il m'est impossible de supprimer les licences en trop et quand je contacte le Service Client, on me dit de voir avec mon revendeur. Le problème c'est que je n'ai pas de revendeur.
Ma commande a bien été prise sur : https://adminconsole.adobe.com/
De plus j'ai ce message qui apparait :
Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à comprendre s'il vous plaît ?

Indeed the problem has been resolved. The problem came from poor information at Adobe.

Just saw that you had raised a support case with us. Hope that your issue has been resolved. After reviewing the account you have used to post here, I can only see four licenses in your account.
