Licences Creative Cloud en trop

Bonjour,

 

Voulant ajouter 3 nouvelles licences Creative Cloud pour en avoir 4 au total, je me suis retrouvé avec 8 licences.
Il m'est impossible de supprimer les licences en trop et quand je contacte le Service Client, on me dit de voir avec mon revendeur. Le problème c'est que je n'ai pas de revendeur.
Ma commande a bien été prise sur : https://adminconsole.adobe.com/

De plus j'ai ce message qui apparait :

" Vous avez plusieurs licences impayées. Passez commande auprès de votre gestionnaire de compte chez Adobe Systems CVG avant le 5 oct. 2023 pour éviter que vos utilisateurs ne perdent leurs droits d’accès. "

 

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider à comprendre s'il vous plaît ?
