Login in the app itself

Question

I have the problem that I can log into the adobe creativ cloud but if I open an app from there im not logged in the app. So I can't really use the app because i can't get into the adobe document cloud and share files there.

There is a button where I could log in but if i click on it nothing happens :(.

Right now I have the problem in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but in every other app aswell.

Anmelden = log in

And I'm logged into the creativ cloud but somehow not in the app.

does the cc desktop app show that your programs are already installed?

if yes, click for open for acrobat (from the cc desktop app) and other adobe programs you want to use.

if no,

uninstall your cc programs using your os uninstall method.
restart your computer (don't skip this)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
