My licensing package install is not working

New Here ,
Aug 16, 2016 Aug 16, 2016

My licensing package install is not working.

I moved my license package file of Adobe CC to my new computer.

Then I set up Adove CC trial version, and installed all of these

-AdobeSerialization,

-helper.bin,

-prov,

-RemoveVolumeSerial

package files,

but it is not working.

Still my Adobe CC is trial.

My computers are all PC.

How can I solve this?

It is hard to tell from your explanation but it sounds like you might have tried to copy an installation from one machine to another.  That will not work.  You need to install Adobe software using installation files.

Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).

Did you run the serialization file created by Creative Cloud Packager?

Did you have a valid volume serial number?
