Hello All,

Have been testing CS products within home lab.  Was able to deploy CS2017 using Configuration Manager using Adobe Creative Cloud Packager package.  Now, I want to test the patching process.

How can, I patch CS2017 to CS2023?  I have only few apps that, I am testing (Illustrator, PS, Indesign & Dreamweaver).  I don't want to create another Creative Cloud Packager Package for CS2023.  Trying to find if, I can patch using the file through Configuration Manager.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks to your reply.  The issue is resolved after, I created a right package and deployed to test workstation.  It is named license which gets assigned per user basis.  The product will get activated during user login using the credentials.  I have created the user from AD to Adobe Admin Console.

@Technogene You need to create a new package of CC apps to update them. Currently, there is no concept of patches for the CC apps (except Acrobat).

Thanks to your reply. I just created CC2018 package and deployed to a collection.  The install was successful.  The device has both versions (CC2017 & CC2018).

I will have to instruct user to run uninstall from Software Center for CC2017 so they have just one latest version (CS2018).

Why do you say CC2018 is the latest version? Do you have a team account?

@Technogene Kindly confirm the type of license you are using. Is it a Device License?

During this exercise, I also created couple of docs that can be used as a reference for other on how to complete the deployment using Configuration Manager and Intune (EndPoint).
