Hello,

in my company we have many users that are using many different adobe products and I asked to find and patch all of them .

I am of course able to find these computers, and which software version they have. We also have a way to deploy unattended offline installer to computers but I do not know  if any of adobe patch files have option to install them unattended.

Could you please help me figure out what is the best case scenario on how to install patches?

I wish that Adobe have a tool to do it or article to do such installation easy.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise?

Those plans have tools for centrally managing and deploying updates and are designed for scenarios such as yours.

Thank you John.

I will look into moving all apps into Enterprise environment.

Its sad we did not use this plan at the begining.

I work in an enterprise that uses RUM.  Is there any way to determine what the version updated software "should be" once the manager runs. It appears the only way to check this is looking for the word "Error" in some convoluted log (on each machine) and trying to decypher what that means?  And even then, of there is no error, it does not tell us what version the software should be once it is done.  How are we suposed to confirm this worked?

Beware: liaise with your users. Upgrading them without notice may leave them completely unable to do their work. For example, all designers collaborating on an InDesign project need the same version. In many cases it is absolutely necessary to have multiple versions installed.
