Problem with business subscription

Hello,

I have a problem with my subscription as below;

We paid and can't access now..where is a live support? I would like to speak with someone privately about my business subscription!

    I apologize for the troubles that you are facing while accessing your subscription.

    Please Contact Customer Care to reach the support via call/chat to talk privately about the subscription plan.

    In the meanwhile, you could also refer to "No Subscription Found. We couldn't find a Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 subscription" even though I subscribe to the Photosho… where the similar issue has been addressed.
