Profile Picker not appearing

Hi - yet another issue with profiles in Adobe! I've got some Adobe Express projects on both of my Personal profile and my Business profile. I'm trying to merge them all to my Business profile, or ideally just trying to access the projects but when I sign out of Adobe Express, everytime I log in it only shows my Personal profile. 

 

I have turned the profile picker 'on' in my account settings, cleared cookies/cache, changed my password, a different browser and still it won't let me access my Business profile! Any ideas? Thank you!

    Hello,

    I have the same issue but I'm supposed to be connected to a school/work account even though my account is personal. I see it is connected to my school, but I don't have all the products I should be able to use.
