Proxy Password Keeps popping up. (PC)

I need some assistance, I have a company issued Dell PC running Creative Cloud. When working from home on a VPN the Proxy Password box keeps popping up. It pops up every 5 seconds and it won't let me close out of it. Task manager quit, reboot, etc. etc. it just won't stop! When it first popped up I thought I needed to log into it, and as I typed my user ID my ID will disappear. Basically I can't type anything into the user ID or Pass because the information just goes away.

I have been working on this computer with CC and the VPN for a couple months now and this has never happened.

Please help!

Thank you,

C~

If the proxy prompt (may be something like 'server credentials required...') comes up when launching the application please disable the welcome screen in the application.
