This is my error! How can I Solve it? There was more than 1 error in the execution of the update.

    Fraitz, please contact whoever is managing the computer and network that you are using. You are blocked from contacting our support team, nor do you have the right permissions to install Universal Windows Platform.  If you do own and manage both the computer and network, then please find someone locally to help you.


    Dude, I accepted support by screen sharing. The Adobe people spent an hour and a half clicking there and clicking there, asking me to download this folder, that file, and none of it worked, until I went to try to see if someone had put something new on Youtube and found the solution, it's on link below:

    Fraitz, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error505 for steps you can take to resolve Error 505.  If you continue to encounter problems, then please verify that Univeral Windows Platform installations are allowed outside of the Microsoft Store.

    Jeff, it only happen in XD Illustrator could work fine, so what is the problem for real? 

    Look, "Updated today" for Illustrator.

    Fraitz, Adobe XD uses UWP to perform the download and install process on Windows.  Illustrator does not use UWP.
