Remote Update Manager error but cannot find logfile
On some windows machines we are seeing:
RemoteUpdateManager version is : 2.4.0.2
Starting the RemoteUpdateManager...
**************************************************
No new updates are available for Acrobat/Reader
**************************************************
RemoteUpdateManager exiting with Return Code (2)non-zero return code
and it exits with a non-zero result code for any operation. I have not been able to locate any log files either. Where would it be? It's not in C:\Windows\TEMP as indicated by the docs.
