Question

Removal of code

For whatever reason we are being prompted to enter a code whenever we get a new account.  This needs to be disabled/removed as soon as possible.  Not everyone is getting their code and no, the emails are not being stuck in spam. This harassment needs to stop.  We are an enterprise trying to get work done and our people do not have the time to wait for approval to use software they have already purchased.

The only thing they need to do is enter their email address and password.  That's it.

And no, we're not giving out phone numbers either.  There is no need or justification for this harassment.

Even if 2FA is not active you can be asked for a code. This generally happens if the AI is triggered suspecting login attempts that do not confirm to your normal login patterns. Quoting the following from Adobe.

Even if you haven't activated two-step verification, you could be prompted to authenticate your account through a code sent to your email address or phone number. This authentication happens after sign-in attempts that do not conform to patterns of your normal usage, and helps keep your account secure.

To confirm that the sign-in is being done by you, and not someone else, enter the code sent to your email address or phone number.

I'm presuming this has to be done on every single account, one by one, instead of through our VIP account, correct?  We have to have hundreds of people doing this instead of managing it from one location.

    Brilliant.

At least it's possible to get rid of this. Thanks.
