Roaming Profile space is over the limit.

Hi,

I get a roaming profile error. I suppose this is due to a amount of data in 
C:\Users\????\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\ccd\assets.

When I delete the data, the error message is gone, but it looks like Adobe is copying the data again, so mroaming profile space is again over the limit.

 

What should i do?

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in

how large is that folder?

 

mine is just under 72mb.

The max. profil storage is from the admin-group limited to 50 MB, no way to change this value. How can I move or get rid of the data in CXX Welcome\ccd\  . That's the question.

i don't think you can. contact your  admin to reset that limit

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
