Hi,
I get a roaming profile error. I suppose this is due to a amount of data in
C:\Users\????\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\ccd\assets.
When I delete the data, the error message is gone, but it looks like Adobe is copying the data again, so my roaming profile space is again over the limit.
What should i do?
or adobe contact support and let us know if they can fix on their end.
using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in

The max. profil storage is from the admin-group limited to 50 MB, no way to change this value. How can I move or get rid of the data in CXX Welcome\ccd\ . That's the question.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
