This account is not authorized to access a synchronization path.

I would like to register with my company profile in Ipad Illustrator. But every time I try this the following error message comes up:

"This account is not authorized to access a synchronization path. Log in with another account."

What is the problem, can anybody help me? Is my device limit reached?

Hi @Klaus5D90 you'll need to assign a plan to include CC storage:

Core Creative Cloud Services

Certain services are not displayed in the Adobe Admin Console, are core to the product function, and are always on with a plan that includes storage. Core services are not configurable. The following is a list of the core services:

  • File Syncing
  • Sync Settings
  • Collaboration
  • Storage
  • Creative Cloud Libraries
  • Color CC

You should be able to contact Support via your Admin Console to have them help you setup your first profile.

Hi @Klaus5D90 your company Admin has not enabled Cloud Storage so it cannot establish a sync.

Contact your admin and have them enable cloud storage in order to use the mobile apps.

    thank you for your quick respond. I am the Admin for this Company, how can I enable Cloud Storage for mobile apps?
