How do you do something as simple as changing a user's name when the CSV updating process fails? Why is there no direct and easy way to modify that information in the management interface? For that matter, why do admins not have access to manage user passwords in an enterprise environment? Bad design all around.

3. If you are not using SSO and have users as Business ID with their Authentication account as Adobe ID then, the user has to change the name under accounts.adobe.com. Adobe IDs cannot be modified from the Admin console.
