Unable to Install from a Network

Hello all,

I'm hoping i can get better help here..... I have tried Adobe support line to be informed that i cannot install my Adobe products from a Network location and must copy the 10Gig folder onto each and every machine in our network 154 seats to be exact. I'm hoping that someone here can prove this theory incorrect and actually help me.

Setup so far

  • We have purchased 154 seats.
  • I have created 3 Creative Cloud packages (Acrobat) (Photoshop) & ( Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Lightroom)
  • All 3 Packages stored on our internal Software drive
  • When i run the Setup.exe in the build folder, i get the "preparing to Install" message then the window closes and nothing happens.

Any help greatly appreciated.
