Unsubscribe from Security Notifications

Firstly, if an admin/mod can move this to a more appropriate community please do so - I couldn't identify one whilst looking.

I have an existing Support case with Adobe about this, who insist I post to Adobe Community forum about this for some reason - as they are unable to get a resolution for it.

Case: ADB-34528428-C3C7 CRM:02312000002560

Issue: Adobe offer a security bulletin email notification subscription feature here:
Adobe Security Notifications Registration
We have an email address signed up to these notifications that we would like to Unsubscribe.
The unsubscribe link takes you to the unsubscribe page here (below includes my custom unsubscribe which obscures the email being unsubscriped so thats fine).
Unsubscribe (adobe.com)
Then proceeds to error. if trying any of the available combination of unsubscripe options with:

"Unable to process your request.

Please try again later. Thank you for your patience."

Adobe support are not able to confirm if the unsubscribe is complete.
Adobe support are not able to find a way to action the unsubscribe.

Any help through this community would be great.
Cheers,

Correct answer NathanEMGIT

It appears unsubscribe that is erroring may have been successful despite the error.

I've got another email address signed up to the alerts that just received the Adobe Security Bulletin - June 2024 edition and the email address I"m trying to unsubscribe hasn't received it.

Just a poorly implemented unsubscribe website and no apparent way to have adobe support escalate this accordingly to the adobe web team responsible for that portal and email subscription management.

it appears the op is awol,so moving to enterprise and teams.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

This user-to-user Community has no access to your account or Support History.

We're just fellow product users like you.

Best advice I have is to use another browser or web device that accepts scripts and does not have VPN enabled.

Good luck.
