Updating IDp certificate issue?

We updated our IDp certificate last week. Once we got the new certificate formatted properly we got all of our desktop users logging in via their enterprise IDs. However, the same users who had been using mobile apps (iOS & Android) were not able to login. They got access denied errors (general or 401).

We restarted browsers and flushed cache. Did a complete re-install for one user and still no change.

We also confirmed via the ATS test that all was correct with the new cert for iOS.

Adobe support had nothing and referred us here to the forum.

Anyone have any thoughts on what to check to restore access either in the Portal or at the device/user end?

Thanks

Dan

    Hi Dan,

Are you saying that the user can log in via a computer browser but not from his mobile device ?

What all apps are you talking about in here, can you please name some of them.

Can you also make sure that the online services is enabled via Admin Console.

Yes. i'm remotely supporting a group and they had been using CC desktop and mobile.

They can't get from our authentication into the mobile CC app currently. Services are enabled.

Trying to get some more specifics from them. They may not have had what they thought
