Usage Audit and last login

Requesting Adobe to allow usage audits for applications and last logins for users from Adobe Admin Console.  There are multiple posts throughout the Community Forum over the past few years regarding this same request, this is one more.  It would be a useful tool for Admins amoung orginizations to have this capability.   Perhaps if Adobe doesn't want to create the feature, generate connections to allow 3rd party monitoring.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding Adobe license management. Currently, the Adobe Admin Console does not offer a feature to track individual usage of Creative Cloud apps, including details about the frequency or duration of software usage by licensed users.
If this functionality would be valuable for your organization, you can submit a feature request through the Adobe Feature Request Form (Wishlist).

Does that mean we can access it for Document Cloud apps like Acrobat?

Hi @anju_4586,

 

At this time, the Adobe Admin Console does not provide user-level usage data (such as application launch history or duration of use) for either Creative Cloud or Document Cloud apps, including Adobe Acrobat. Similarly, last login information for individual users is not currently visible in the Admin Console. 

Currently, the Adobe Admin Console does not display users' last sign-in time. However, we’ve noted your request and will share it with the appropriate product teams for future consideration.
