User Managment API, how find not active users

Based on the documentation API Getting Started​​​  , i can get all users and license Quota of products but how i can get timestamp of events last activity users , because I want to know who of them not using products Adobe for example 1 month (time last login e.t.c)?

Thank you for any help , how to get this information from  Adobe API
