Hello,
On my Surface Book 2 Fresco crash just after the launch (please see on the screenshot herewith)
After looking at answers in the community database I don't find any working solution for me
I m not behing a firewall, I don't use the antivirus causing trouble.
So please find below my log, the following file has been uploaded on Adobe LogCollector Portal:

If you are referring to an installation of V4.4 then you're not alone. Many can't get that version to load. Are you able to install V4.3 until Adobe puts out another update which will hopefully work for us all?

Thanks a lot Sjaani for the workaround. I will uninstall the V4.4 and try to get the V4.3 instead.
Looking forwards for a new version working for all \o/

The version V4.3 works like a charm on the Surface Book 2.

Same workaround works on Surface Pro 6. But it's soooo frustrating that Adobe not even addresses this problem to people. There could be a warning in the Cloud App. We have to come here and do research by ourselves. And then they are wondering why people switch to or stay with Procreate.
