Question

How to retrieve lost files from adobe draw to frescos

I have a bunch of drawing I had done on Adobe draw. It kicked me out. I had to delete and re download adobe draw. Then it said it was no longer available and I needed to download fresco app. When I did most of my drawings transferred over, but it said something about 12 of them. It went away before I was able to read it all. I noticed that my most recent drawing is gone. But the drawing that I did right before it is still there. Any idea how to get my lost drawing back? Thank you

Hey there,

So sorry to hear that one is missing. There's a couple of things we can try.

Can you confirm you're using an iPad and if so do you have the Creative Cloud app downloaded.

If you do, please try this:

  1. Open up CC app on iPad
  2. Navigate to Files in the left hand menu (below Home and Learn)
  3. Navigate across to Mobile Creations from the horizontal menu (starts with Recent...)
  4. Check to see if your missing file is in this list

Here is another post with a similar issue that was resolved. Please double check if this helps your case.

Hope this helps recover your most recent drawing!

All the best,

Yvie
