Can't Find SLStore Or Adobe PCD to fix error 16

Hi, i'm trying to fix error 16 but when i go to the instructions and try it, I can't find SLStore or Adobe PCD on my windows 10. I've searched everywhere.

Adobe PCD is located at

C:\Users\userprofile\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

SLStore is located at

C:\ProgramData\Adobe

These are hidden files. Use Cortana and type folder options and make hidden and operating system files visible

i have the same problem but im on a mac so im unsure how to fix it
