How to change language of Adobe CC Desktop App ?

My PC is running T.Chinese language. For Adobe CC Cloud, I want to install in English but it always display T.Chinese ?

How can I do it in Creative Cloud App ?

Should I change the language setting to English in Preferences first. Then I reinstall via the app ? 


Yes  , exactly .

First uninstall the app which you had installed in Chinese , then change the App language to English  from Preferences in Adobe Creative Cloud app .

Then re-install the App .

Adobe Creative Cloud app will be installed as per your System Language , we cannot change. It is set as default operation to install as per Computer's System language.

However , you can change the App language for CC apps like Photoshop , Illustrator....etc

If you had already installed them in Chinese language , you will need to uninstall it , and then change the App language to English International and then install CC apps like Photoshop , Illustrator ...etc again and check.
