I use Photoshop Elements 8 and own a 20 digit serial number for it.
Can I upgrade to Photoshop Elements 14 using the link "http://www.adobe.com/nl/products/photoshop-elements.html"?
There is no information about the procedure how to specify my present version and if it anyhow will be accepted.
Serial numbers are 24 numbers, not 20, so you will have to see if you can find the right one. Based on what I can see from the link you provided, any previous version of Photoshop Elements will qualify you to purchase version 14 as an upgrade. The drop down list does not include any version numbers like it used to, it just asks you to select the name of the product you re upgrading from - so essentially, any version qualifies for an upgrade.
