The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop cs5.1 is missing...???

I want to install Photoshop CS5 on my new laptop and am stuck.

Adobe has me running in circles. Wish it wasn't so hard to get support.

    Hi Ashe,

    Generally the installation package comes in two files on Windows...  You need to have both files downloaded into the same directory before you run the .exe file.

    Make sure to download both .exe and .7 file .

    Both files must be placed together.

    You need to download both files.

    File 1 of 2 (979 MB)

    File 2 of 2 (1.2 MB) 

    Once you had downloaded both Files and placed together, double click on File 2 of 2 :   Photoshop_12_LS1.exe

    Hi Ashe,
