What firewall port do I need to open for the Adobe Cloud?

We want to use the Adobe Premiere Pro but unable to get through the Adobe Cloud due to network issues (Error message “server cannot be found”)

So what firewall port do we have to open to allow traffic to go to   Adobe Cloud?

Also is it possible to set the software to use IE proxy rather than route to internet directly?

Thanks

I am not the best person to answer it, I would request you to contact Adobe Support Contact | Adobe

I am also moving the post to the download & install

It's likely your seeing this message as part of an outage that multiple users have reported. Shutting off my firewall entirely did not resolve it.

I put a call into Adobe on Friday and was told it would be escalated. It's now Monday afternoon and the problem persists with no response from Adobe at this time.

Hi Rajshree,

Thanks for your response. I have seen other post which the resolution was to allow the “xxxx.adobe.com”

My problem is that our firewall don’t have support domain so I need to use specific IP addresses.

From other post it seems xxxx.adobe.com is a list of dynamic IP addresses so that won’t solve my problem

Is it possible to set the Adobe Cloud and Premier to use IE proxy? (traffic via web proxy will always be allowed)

Thanks

Colin
