Assets Export Doesn't work

I tried to use the Export Assets First time because the Export to photoshop doen't work proparly and all my layers merge together. I drag all the elements i have to the assets folder. and when I choose Export to Assets. I choose all inclouded. but the folder is empty after exporting. Whats wrong? I tried to reset my prefernces as suggested. didn't help. pleas need help.

Did you check the Write layers option when exported to Photoshop?
For Export to Assets, please show the screenshots of each step to find the wrong one
