Dear community,
I have problem with an Illustrator (again and one of many). I have created a file and saved it on cloud. Immediatelly after closing it I have tried to open it just to being shown the error message that Illustrator can't open the file as I don't have acces to this file and that I should contact the owner. I am the only owner of license and the creator of it - I literally created that file several minutes ago on the same desktop device. How is that even possible? It shows the file isn't synced - but the internet connection is pretty fine.
I must say I thought that saving my files on cloud will be a big relief and a time saver for me, but it's the exact opposite - constantly having all kinds of problems from conflicts with syncing file updates between my desktop devices, through problems with not available autosaving, messing up my text and letters positions, to banning me out of my own files... guess the creative cloud won't ever really compare to an external harddrive.
Thanks for your advices!

Hello @Pasha Ban,
If the files are available on the https://adobe.ly/3SV8kC7 website, the files should be fine. Before you proceed, please download a few files from there to check if they open correctly in Illustrator. Once that's confirmed, try closing out of all Creative Cloud apps, and then signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop application, sign back in, and then relaunch Illustrator to check if the problem persists.
If yes, try the other steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync and then reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app to see if it helps (https://adobe.ly/45J4fZx).
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I tried all of the above, still the same. I logged out, logged back in, still the same. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Ran the cloud cleaner, still the same. Last time this happened, I re-downloaded all 60 files and it took me ages. I'd rather not do all that again, jusyt for it happen to me again and there be no solution.

I have encountered the same issue with the file that was saved locally. I have a laptop with a several user profiles on it, I was working on my "play" profile, saved the work on C: drive in a new folder, then when I tried to access it from my "work" profile I got the cursed message that I do not own the file. Same CC account logged in on the separate W11 profile on the same machine.

Hello @Jovial_perspective8820,
I'm sorry to hear you're having similar trouble with Illustrator. Could you confirm the exact version of the OS/Illustrator installed, if this file is a local AI file and if moving it to a different folder helps, along with screenshots of the error message, so we can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
