For specific point versions like that, you need to contact customer support directly and ask.

Hello,

Hoping someone can maybe help out with this. I'm a highschool teacher and I need to certify my students using certiport. Unfortunately certiport only supports testing students at the moment up to Illustrator v. 24. I've concatcted them and they say the only way I can get their test to work at the is if I get Illustrator v. 24 or v. 23 installed on my machines. The creative could app only lets us go back to v.25 using the "install other versions" option.

So my question is does anyone know how I can get an installer for v.24? Greatly appreciate anyones help / feedback.

In creative cloud click on other versions (far right, three dots "More actions") it gives to 23.1 - at least it does for me...

Later edit: Now I'm thinking that might be because I already have it installed...

Hi,

after months, I've decided to try the latest version of Illustrator – oh boy, it was a mistake, as the last version (26.0.2) is broken, a lot. My shortcuts are working only with ENG keyboard selected, when I try to use Outline preview, it takes ages to render, etc.

Long story short, I wanted to downgrade back to the version 23.x, which was the latest stable version for me, but there is no way how to install it from my Creative Cloud app/account – see attached screenshot.

Is there any way how to reverse this? I really need to install 23.0, I already lost many hours trying to fix latest version and don't have time and patience to make it work.

Please contact Customer Care.

They can help with getting the newer version running and they are also the only ones that can possibly get you the older versions.

I've just contacted Adobe support and I quote their operator directly:

"

I would like to inform you that you cannot downgrade to AI version 23 from the latest version as this version is not compatible anymore.

"

Well, this is madness. I'm paying monthly for this and now I can't even use older version, which wasn't perfect, but at least was usable enough to do some work.

I had to buy a new Mac. Trying to install AI CS6 on the new Mac and I get a pop up that says

Install needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

When I click the learn more button, The main subject says 32-bit compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later

If your new Mac is an M1 processor, then forget it.

If you are on a Mac OS greater than 10.14, [edited typo] then forget it.

If you want stability, either subscribe to the Creative Cloud--or by an old Mac and don't update the OS.

Hi,

You can not install the CC 2017 and C019 version from the Creative Cloud, because Adobe supports the current version(2022) and one older version than current version(2021). So, you can not get it from Creative cloud.

How to install the old version of the illustrator? in the installer the oldest version is 25.4.1 and I need even older

That is the oldest version available via the CC app.

If you need an older version for some reason, you can ask Adobe support directly and see if they can supply you with the specific version you need.

Hi. I couldn't find the older versions of illustrator in creative cloud.
I have my university's subscription. Even tough before i was able to that, now i cannot.
I would appreciate any help. I need 24.3 version.

Version 24 is no longer available through CC since the release of version 26 last month.

I'm wanting to install an older version of Illustrator onto a 2011 macbook air with 10.13.6

When I click the three dots it doesn't give me the 'other versions' option only 'learn more'.

Is it possible to do add an older version that will work on this older Macbook?
