no se puede abrir la ilustración. el archivo está bloqueado o en uso. id: -54

Hola! Quiero abrir un archivo Illustrator y me sale esta leyenda "no se puede abrir la ilustración. el archivo está bloqueado o en uso. id: -54" . Alguien tiene idea por qué puede ser? Tengo una macbook pro M1. Gracias!

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you check if this file is located on an external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder (iCloud/Dropbox/Google Drive etc.). If yes, kindly try moving the file to a location on the internal hard drive, like the desktop, and share your observations.

Hola. Si tu archivo está en un volumen de red, copialo a tu computador. Si ya tienes el archivo de forma local, intenta reiniciando el computador y cambiando los permisos de ese archivo: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/change-permissions-for-files-folders-or-disks-mchlp1203/mac
