Illustrator opening but not starting

Hi all, I recently got and iPad and installed Illustrator as I have an account through school.

the problem is that every time I go to open illustrator it opens but the side menu only half loads.

ive fully updated the iPad so I don't know what the problem is. I NEED HELP URGENTLY!

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3wrrVlB). If yes, try deleting Illustrator, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.

Hello 

 

I also got the same problem. I tried using school account and got the same error.

for mine, it's Ipad pro M1 (2021) with the latest iOS 17.4.1 and just download the aodebe illustrator today.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind updating to the latest version of iPadOS 17.5.1 and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps?
