Adobe fonts not activating in Indesign

You mentioned that you had restarted your computer after signing out and signing in again in the Creative Cloud desktop app. When you did so had you waited for the fonts to actually show as having been installed before restarting your computer? Your screenshot shows icons for fonts still installing (The half darkened circles next to the font names). If you did not wait before for the fonts to properly load before restarting then try signing out and signing in again one more time. This time, however, try deleting any fonts that are showing as uninstalled and do a fresh install of those. Wait until all fonts are showing as installed (in the desktop app there will be a little square icon with an arrow in a circle like the screenshot below) before proceeding.

I have one additional thought about this. After a font is downloaded from the Adobe website you also have to go into the font section of the Creative Cloud desktop app and hit the Install button for each of the downloaded fonts.
