How to subscribe to Adobe Design Mobile Bundle for iPad?

It has downloaded all the apps after I clicked purchase bundle but when I open the app it only offers me the monthly subscription to each individual app. I want to purchase the entire bundle with PS, Illustrator, Express, CC, as shown in the inapp purchase.

This didn't work for me. I live in India. I can see there is an inapp purchase for the entire bundle in PS's inapp purchases for ₹12900 but I have no way of subscribing to it.

Problem solved in an strange way.
After subscribing for Illustrator I checked my iTunes to see the subscription and it was only for Illustrator. After a week I checked again my subscription in iTunes and a new option for subscription appears. The one for Adobe Mobile Bundle.
It worked.
Yes, I have an iPad Pro.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

I forgot to mention in my message that I was doing all the things I found in this conversation.
Nothing works for me.
I've got in touch with 3 agenta from Adobe suport and al of them Lefter the chat without saying anything.
I also delete the apps and purchase it again for 3 - 4 times from different links, but no results. I can't get to purchase the Bundle.
Other things to try???

I answer one question and then I had an option to choose the human.

I did that and got some answers.
He is saying that the Bundle plan cannot be purchase from Adobe because is available only on App Store and I should get in touch with the Apple customer support.

I got in touch with Apple support and there is nothing that they can do.
They say the problem is at Adobe.
I don't know what to do. 😞

it could, but i doubt it.
a few weeks ago i saw someone else having the same problem. i don't think they were able to solve the problem, or they solved it but didn't post anything about it.

ok, there was a user ( @hankd34931566), that found a solution. here's his solution:

Yes, I opened Ilustrator and didn't work.
Finally I gave up and subscribed for Illustrator and a strange thing happened. I opened the Photoshop and didn't ask for the subscription at the beginning.

I did open the others app from the Bundle just login in with Adobe ID and it didn't ask me to subscribe.
