Convert 'Paragraph Text & Page Number' format Cross-Reference to text but retain 'Page Number'

Hello, I have a list of cross-references in the 'Paragraph Text & Page Number' format. I need to modify the text without affecting the source paragraph, as updating the cross-reference currently changes both the text and page number. Is there a method to convert only the 'paragraph text' part of the cross-reference to plain text while retaining the 'page number' as a cross-reference?
