Hello.. I'm back again !
1.
After exporting to an EPub from ID, I see two errors..
Index Page entry not found : is missing: 2
Index Page entry not found : is missing: 28
and,
In Calibre, the TOC shows a couple of empty rows after some of the TOC entries.
to check,
I exported the TOC from ID as HTML in case I could see anything but it looks okay, not showing any empty rows that I can see.
--------------
2.
I also notice in Calibre a few 'The link is empty' errors like this..
OEBPS/BOOK_Almost_a_Book.xhtml (line: 35 column: 0)
This link is empty. This is almost always a mistake. Either fill in the link destination or remove the link tag.
and lastly,
3.
I get many of these..
OEBPS/css/idGeneratedStyles.css (line: 357 column: 13)
Unexpected missing generic font family (font-family-no-missing-generic-family-keyword).
When I check is ee it references 'the fonts Alex Brush' and 'Times New Roman' font which I use throughout the book.
So even after trying to find the problems and fixing them, I am once again at your mercy and hoping you're having a great day 🙂
How can I correct these please as I intend to create a Kindle from it.
Thank you

Some notes:
1. Sometimes hyperlinks go missing. I would suggest you run the TOC style again so that the links are fresh right before you export.
2. You might consider using the hyperlinks panel to make sure that all your hyperlinks are holding.
3. Are you including fonts when you export the EPUB?

Hi Laura, if the OP is using ID 20.3.1, there are all kinds of issues with links in EPUB export. Rolling back or waiting for 20.4 would probably fix some of this.

Many thanks for the help.. sorry it took so long to get back!
I did all that was suggested but still get the same result.
I will try using the PDF in Calibre and anything else I can find to see if I can correct it.
No Bob not using that Vs, an older one.
