Cross Reference between master page and other page

I am trying to convert adobe indesign file into microsoft word file but in free flowing layout.In that I am converting master page item as it is means as a retain object.But other textframes converts as a free flowing text.But inbetween them there is cross refrence property.Due to that it going to be crash indesign while reading file.Give me some idea about it.
