Custom Page and PDF setting Location?

I have created custom page sizes and PDF settings so when I create a new document they are always there to choose from. I would like to duplicate these settings on another computer, does anybody know where these settings are stored so i can just copy that file on to another computer? Is it simply all in the preference file?

thanks in advance!

    PDF preseta are covered in this article (locations shown at the bottom):

    and here:

    Export InDesign files to Adobe PDF

    I can't figure out where the page presets are stored.

    I have found where the page sizes are stored if anyone is interested?

    HD -> Users -> Username -> Library -> Preferences -> Adobe InDesign version eg 12 ->en_gb ->Page Sizes

    That is so straightforward! I looked in my language folder after creating a test preset but didn't see the page sizes folder. I'll have to go back and look again. Thanks for sharing that!
