Data Merge skipping first entry on Create Merge Document

Hello,

I have a data merge document. In the Preview, I can page through all the entries, however when I Create Merged Document, the resulting document skips multiple rows:

Is there a fix for this?

Apologies, I'm looking for a fix for the Created document. The Preview was for comparison and skippable.

We understand that. What is being said is that using preview causes prtoblems, so don't do it, or if you feel you have to, immediately Undo after and before you run your merge.

In my experience, once a merge template malfunctions due to running preview it must be abandoned and a new template built.

The Preview function has been problematic, and can cause issues with the merged document. The workaround is: "not use preview", and if you need a sampling, export or create a small range before performing entire file.

As far as I know (and in my experience), there have not been any issues from previewing individual records (as shown in the screenshot).

The bug occurs if Preview Multiple Record Layout is used.
