Document contains links to files/url(s) that are not accessible

I just started getting the following error message below when trying to export and interactive pdf.
I am running version 18.1 x 64.
I am not sure when this started because I have not exported from this document for about a month. I reset my InDesign preferences and I still get the error message.
I can get past the message by clicking on “OK” and export the pdf.
However, I would like to resolve the issue.

It seems to be with just this one document. The reason I say this is because I have another interactive document that I can export to pdf within out getting this error message.
Has anyone else had this or know how to resolve it.

Here is the error message.
This document contains links to files/url(s) that are not accessible.
Please check your network connectivity of the original source of content.

As I always do, inside a folder, im a graphic designer, this never happen to me before. I use my internet at home.

I think I found the problem, it was an QR code, but it is strange because that code have been before and i have not problem converting to PDF

If you're on Mac try this: https://trevellyan.biz/indesign-error-catalina/

Access to my folders was automatically locked for InDesign and this fixed it.

I get this problem too. I have a book with several dokuments. All of them have corrupt links to mounted images. They look fine inside Idesign, the green light shines at the bottom, but in the PDF all images are distordet unless I re-mount them every one, one by one. I know Indesign prefers linked files on harddrive. All files are on my harddrive but linked to iCloud. How can I solve this without remountung 250 images?!

Hi @Attroll,

Thank you for reaching. As you mentioned, it's happening with a specific document. Could you please try opening the document, saving it as an IDML, and then opening the IDML in InDesign?

Let us know if that helps. We'll try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
