Did you modify the EPUB file after export from InDesign? I have never seen manifest errors from an ID export, although they are commonly encountered when a file is edited or "fixed" afterwards.

Do you need to split the file into so many internal component files? Try exporting without using any form of the "Split Document" options.

Also, you are exporting to fixed-page EPUB (FXL), which is a problematic format in almost every way. I suspect your content is not converting well to fixed pages and that's at the root of the problems. I'd suggest exporting to reflowable EPUB instead if your material and skills at all permit it.

The error message in relation to the Open Package Format, or OPF file. This is an XML package that contain all the information about your EPUB files.

You encountered these upload errors because there are several image and *.xhtml files in the EPUB structure that are inot listed in the OPF or the Open Package Format XML file.

To fix this upload error, make sure that everything in the EPUB is contained in the OPF and vice versa. Also, make sure that you validate the EPUB. Use an EPUB validation app to verify your EPUB is compliant with the EPUB standard. Learn more about book validation.

Au format EPUB FIXE j'arrive a vendre sur APPLE BOOK mais je suis obligé de passer par un grossiste en livre numérique; je ne sais pas comment il fait pour les charger chez APPLE BOOK.
Le format EPUB NON FIXE est une catastrophe; les images partent dans tout les sens quand lis un de mes ebooks avec le lecteur APPLE BOOK; pas génial pour des livres d'arts.

Avez-vous modifié le fichier EPUB après l’exportation depuis InDesign ? Je n’ai jamais vu d’erreurs manifestes lors d’une exportation d’ID, bien qu’elles soient couramment rencontrées lorsqu’un fichier est édité ou « corrigé » par la suite.

R: Non je n'ai pas modifié le fichier après l'exportation. Il n'y que Apple qui rejete les fichiers EPUB de Indesign.

I can only think of one other thing, related to FXL (fixed) EPUB. I don't know if it's been addressed in this thread.

In the General pane of the EPUB export menu, be sure Navigation TOC is set to 'Multi Level' if you have defined a TOC for the book, or 'File Name' if you have not. (Do not set it to 'None,' which causes structural errors like the one being reported.)
