If i edit file Indd by Notepad++:

I can see version of file created:

<xmp:CreateDate>2012-11-25T17:01:29Z</xmp:CreateDate>

<xmp:ModifyDate>2018-04-19T18:09:34+09:00</xmp:ModifyDate>

<xmp:MetadataDate>2018-04-19T18:09:34+09:00</xmp:MetadataDate>

<xmp:CreatorTool>Adobe InDesign CS6 (Windows)</xmp:CreatorTool>

But I want detect version CS6 (version 8.0) or CS6 (version 8.02) or (CS6 Version 8.1).

How detect detail version of file Indd?

Click on Help=>About InDesign along with pressing the ctrl/cmd key.

But what if I cannot open the document? It asks for an update to open the file, so I need to know the version.
