How do you add document name, date, revision number outside the edges of an ad?

When we print an ad for a client, I would like to add information about the document like name, date, revision number, size of the ad, bleed, trim. etc.

This would be just typed in myself so that the agency can know what they are filing away.  How is this done?

This would be for exporting and printing a PDF.

I believe traditionally it would be placed in the Slug area (it's one of the options for View Modes). Slug area is set up in the New Document dialog box or Document Setup.

Specify printer’s marks, bleeds, or slug areas in Adobe InDesign

It's possible to print that area by choosing the correction setting in File > Print > Marks & Bleeds > Include Slug Area

I couldn't find an answer so I just added text in the bleed area of the ad and exported the ad as a bleed pdf.  Then when sending to the printer the final PDF, the copy was moved down out of the crop and bleed area.

It's not a printing requirement. It's more of a studio or company policy to include information in that location.

    Yes its internal only.

How do you add page information that prints outside the bleed area?
