How to highlight text fitting the end of lines

HI!! im looking to achieve the fill/highlight look u get from just selecting the text like image 1, but of course when I change the fill of the text box, it just makes a rectangle out of it (img 2) , is there any way to achieve this? Thanks a bunch!!
pS: if there's not a way to make this i highly encourage adobe to put it on, i think it's rlly useful considering the modern trends in design
