Hi guys,

How do I access my indesign file. Ever since I updated my subscription to indesign instead of cloud it does not let me access my document from indesign. Please help

What do you mean that InDesign won't let you access your files? Where are they stored?

Whenever I open indesign, I would receive a pop-up notification to subscribe creative cloud because it has expired. However, I already renewed my subscription but with indesign. I tried exiting out and coming back in but it still does not allow me to open my indesign file.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
