How to Stop the Persistent Text to Image Tutorial in InDesign 20.0

Question

Almost every move I make in Indesign 20.0, this video thing pops up and partially covers my artboard and panels. I can click "Got It," but it just keeps popping up again and again as I'm doing WORK. PLEASE tell me how to make it go away for good. Thank you.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have that tutorial pop up constantly while you're trying to work. Since when have you been experiencing this issue? It seems like you might have updated the application recently. Typically, these tooltips should only appear 2-3 times after an update and then stop showing up.
