I can't convert spread pages to single pages

Hello,
Whenever i want to disable 'Facing pages' it gives me this warning. When i click either yes or no nothing still happens. How can i make sure it will function in a proper way?

Hi @ayoubc95196499 , before you open Document Setup to uncheck Facing Pages make sure Allow Document Pages to Shuffle is checked in the Pages panel flyout menu

Does it happen with all documents or just one?
