indesign 2023 and 2024 installed but double click always open in 2023.. file association in windows

hiBoth indesign 2023 and 2024 installed.Cant associate indd file type to open in 2024. 2023 was installed after 2024.I have registry key .reg but this stoped working after some hours. Open with show only 2023. Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble opening the InDesign file. Would you mind trying to uninstall InDesign and reinstall it from the Creative Cloud Desktop? Let us know if that works. Most of the uninstalling and reinstalling fixes this type of issue.
